iKnowMed EHR

iKnowMed EHR is a web-based electronic health record system built for oncology practices.

It offers point-of-care treatment support, mobile access, and a secure patient portal to streamline workflows and improve patient engagement.

Part of McKesson’s technology solutions and powered by Ontada’s real-world data, iKnowMed supports evidence-based cancer care from diagnosis to treatment and follow-up.

Transition from InteGreat EHR to iKnowMed

After McKesson acquired MED3000 (and InteGreat EHR) in 2013, it sold its small-practice EHR and management lines.

In 2017, McKesson sold its Enterprise Information Solutions division, including products like Paragon, to Allscripts (now Veradigm and Altera Digital Health). This marked the end of McKesson’s EHR offerings for hospitals and small practices.

InteGreat was discontinued, with users redirected to iKnowMed, a specialized oncology EHR and part of Ontada, a McKesson business.

InteGreat is no longer supported or developed by McKesson and exists only in legacy data and former deployments.
